on net units ahead +$200 per unit
units must be ahead of "High Water Mark"
of when u entered for fee invoice
Must be wagering at lease $400 per to cover
at 2% of $20k bankroll
If smaller bankroll $500 mo flat fee
averaging +4.11 units per month
